The #1 Ground Reaction Force Training Aid in Golf

The Force Pedal & The Force Pedal mini drills

Drills for The Force Pedal & the Force Pedal mini

A drill allows you to get involved in the process of improving your technique. Good drills are designed in such a way that they allow you to feel a specific movement or position which you will need in your swing. All of our drills help you feel specific positions, movements and also the feel of ground reaction force.
Golf drills are one of the best ways to make your practice effective, and build skills that you can use later in the course

Using The Force Pedal or The Force Pedal mini, will take your training to another level.

SuperSpeed & The Force Pedal

Combining @superspeedgolf over speed training protocols with the Force Pedal to maximize your potential.

The correct placement of the Force Pedal mini toward the trail foot combined with the large yellow Force Pedal under the ball of the lead foot will help any player to find the correct point of application and activate the correct muscles and sequence BOTH your backswing and downswing! 👌🏌️

Warm up with The Force Pedal and The Force Band 🟡🟠

• Adding some resistance with The Force Pedal can boost your warm up routine and help you get your body ready to play great golf.
• Here we add moderate resistance to increase core activation while working on Rotational ground reaction force with both the orange and yellow force pedals.
• Simple to do to, and preparing your body golf not only can help improve your game, but help prevent injuries.

Longevity + better golf… a winning combo!

Getting more accuracy in your putting

A Great Solution for a universal problem

Try using your brain-body connection by challenging your balance training horizontal force.

To stabilise/balance the low body, both feet have to combine/work together to push horizontally in the opposite direction.

Try this:

Drill #1
– Place the large Force Pedal under both middle parts of your feet.
– Perform several reps to FEEL the IMBALANCE.

Drill #2
– Place the yellow Force Pedal Mini under the ball of lead foot & Orange Force Pedal under the trail foot toward the heel..(Flip if you are a lefty).
– Now perform several reps to FEEL the BALANCE!

Feeling of releasing the club

« Love this drill to help the feeling of releasing the club better. Darren’s left knee was moving too inwards causing a slight reverse spine at the top of the back swing. As a result he was releasing the club early and flipping at the ball, causing high ball flight and some inconsistent strike! Brilliant work as always @dnleslie87 🔥 » – @scottrosegolf

Full swings with The Force Pedal & SuperSpeed

Doing full swings with @theforcepedal is all about putting together the feels developed with our first 3 protocol drills – Club Across Chest, Heel Stomp, & Horizontal Swings – to maximize the force of application.

Feeling how pressure moves in the golf swing

Many amateurs struggle to feel how their pressure moves in the golf swing. The first protocol in our SuperSpeed Golf @theforcepedal protocol is making swings with a club across your chest. We feel it’s important to get a proper understanding of how the weight moves before we start making swings with a club.

Weight shift transfer problems ?

➡️ Try this drill 🟡

💡Place the Mini yellow force pedal toward the trail heel.
Start your swing both feet together & at the top of your swing just before the transition step forward.

⛳ Did you know ? At the top of your swing don’t ring the bell!!!
At the top of your swing the lateral force apply in the ground under your trail foot in the opposite direction of your target will allow the club to change direction toward the the down swing.

We are also using @superspeedgolf training system in this drill 😉

Need to load better?

Did you know that if there is no ground below your feet you won’t be able to swing the club?

If you try this one out, give us a shoutout and show us how you did 😉

🏌 Need better timing of your vertical force with your driver?

➡️ Try this drill :

Place the Yellow Force Pedal 🟡 under the ball of your lead foot.

Perform 3 reps a full practice swing, trying to feel the vertical push/load happening when the left arm is diagonal to the ground and then hit the ball to feel the result of timing your irons.

❓ Did you know? ❓

Vertical force is the last of the 3 forces that happens in the golf swing sequence. Its timing should happen before impact between left arm parallel to the ground and shaft parallel to the ground.

The Force Pedal is a golf training aid that will help you earn more club speed using ground force.

Need to increase your rotational speed?

➡️ Try this drill:

Place the orange force pedal 🟠 under the trail heel. The Lead foot should be set at a diagonal, where you feel most comfortable. Using a SuperSpeed club, perform 3 reps at full speed, starting with the the club to the left and the swing goes horizontally across the chest (baseball style) and then hit the ball to feel the result of your rotational speed training.

The combination of the SuperSpeed club with The Force Pedal trains more deeply your muscles to rotate faster.

❓ Did you know?

The Force Pedal 🟡🟠 easily gives you the stability in which to generate the possibility to swing faster. 🏌️

Drills with Jennifer Fleischer

Here are some of the drills I did to warm up before a round of golf yesterday using @theforcepedal. 💪 If you aren’t aware of the force pedal yet, it’s an excellent tool that’s designed to help you increase club head speed by training ground reaction force. 🏌️‍♂️I love them because they really help me feel where my weight and pressure is, and generally how to use my lower body to get the most power out of my swing. ⛳️
