Refund policy

 Within 14 days of the delivery date of your product, you will be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. The customer assumes the cost of shipping to return the item to: Bio Force SAS, 26A rue de la gare, FR-68730, Blotzheim (France).

A refund will be issued upon receipt of returned merchandise. We recommend you send your return with receipt upon delivery.

If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, please contact us at shop@theforcepedal.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase, and in order to return the merchandise, you must have directly purchased the merchandise online from theforcepedal.com. Merchandise purchased from another person, entity, or distributor must be returned to that person, entity, or distributor.

*Note, if shipping outside the EU, please state on your shipping form “return sample”.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@theforcepedal.com.

Warranty Claims

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing defects and not misuse during the training. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a picture of the damage and a picture to shop@theforcepedal.com. After discerning the defect/damage, we will initiate a replacement and or return to: Bio Force SAS, 26A rue de la gare, FR-68730, Blotzheim (France).
