Terms of Service

Ambassador program agreement

These are the terms and conditions for joining our ambassador program. The terms of this agreement are subject to change without prior notice, however, we would make every effort to inform you prior to any changes made to our program.

1. Applying for our program

As soon as your application is accepted, you can start sharing your unique link & coupon code to start earning commissions. Your coupon code will offer 10% off to each of your customers. We do reserve the right to decline or remove enrolment from our program at our discretion.

We start our program with our PGA Professionals on a 2 month trial basis. You can opt out at any time, of course, but we hope that our Pros will be generating sales in a two month time frame. We are here to help you every step of the way in terms of support, offering content, and to answer any questions you may have. We do reserve the right to decline or remove enrollment from our program at our discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions

Your dashboard contains everything you will need track your sales and commissions including:

As you send customers to our website via your ambassador coupon code, you will receive a credit for each purchase you generate.

Your progress for each category of referral will be reflected in real-time on your ambassador dashboard.

Each link provided by sample has an ambassador ID attached. We can’t track your sales and traffic without you posting the full URL, so please be sure to use your ambassador link. Our social sharing shortcuts have your affiliate link embedded in their posts.

When a prospect visits our site from your ambassador link, we will be able to register their purchase (if/when they make one), and credit the sale back to you.

Commission can be issued at the end of each month, or you can just rollover to the next month(s) if you wish. You have two possibilities for payment: you can get a paid out commissions via PayPal or swap for product with a special deal, whichever you prefer.

3. Restrictions

Search Engine Marketing. We already run search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on Google; therefore, we ask our affiliates not to run SEM campaigns for our products and services on Google.

To clarify the availability of campaigns on secondary search engines, please contact our affiliate manager.

4. Disclosures

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has endorsement rules in place for affiliate marketing. In short, they want you to disclose that you have a business relationship with us when you promote and post your link. You can read the full FTC rules about affiliate marketing.

When posting or sharing your link, you should make it known to your readers and followers that you will receive compensation if they buy a product via your link. This declaration should be clear and conspicuous (and reiterated as needed). Again, you can read the FTC rules (and their quick FAQ).

5. Terminations

If either of us would wish to terminate this agreement, it can be done at anytime. We hope to build a long lasting relationship with our ambassadors and will always strive to have our program meet your needs to be successful with The Force Pedal.
